Enter the username or email address of the person you want to share your library with, and click on the user when it pops up. In the next window, choose which libraries you share with others. Plex software does not limit how many simultaneous streams that you can have. You're going to run into problems with your hardware long before you run into any problems. If you're using the new AWS this might even make it possible to technically stream hundreds of things simultaneously.
